Project Title: On-Call Facility Condition Assessment Services
Submittals Due by: 2:00 PM PST, June 20, 2019
The City of Seattle’s Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS) is currently seeking a qualified consultant for a multi-year on-call contract to perform facility condition assessments (FCAs) and update facility data.
FAS owns and manages over 80 municipal facilities and support buildings that house city operations. To keep these facilities running, FAS’s Asset Planning Program uses facility data for major maintenance and capital project planning. The original round of facility data was collected in 2013-2016 through facility condition assessments (FCA). Over the years, portions of the data have been updated due to projects and other work, however a comprehensive update of the data set has not been completed since the original information was collected. Data includes deficiencies, component inventory, and replacement values for facilities and components.
