Design-Build Advisory Services for
Seattle Municipal Tower Elevator Modernization Project

The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management Division (CDCM) seeks a consultant to provide advisory services related to use of the design-build
project delivery method for the SMT Elevator Modernization program. FAS is seeking a consultant to serve in an advisory role throughout procurement of the design-builder services, as well as through the design, construction and warranty periods.

New consultants to the system must complete a brief, free online registration on the eBid site prior to viewing, printing and saving the RFQ to their own equipment.
