Title: Seattle Community Police Commission 2021-2023 Strategic Plan
ope of Work: The Community Police Commission (CPC) is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) process to identify a qualified vendor to guide and execute a strategic visioning and comprehensive planning process for the commission. To that end, the CPC seeks a vendor who has demonstrated experience in successfully developing consensus-based strategic plans, has strong facilitation skills, has proven experience with non-profit strategic and/or boards and commissions planning, and a strong understanding of the structure and purpose of community based organizations. Specifically looking for a vendor with experience working strategically with historically marginalized communities and using Racial Equity Lens and a consensus approach.
The consultant must be available to commence work on this project by early 2021 and commit to complete the process by December 2021. Available funding forthiscontract shall notexceed$50,000. Proposals are due on October 30,2020, by 5:00 pm to the Seattle Community Police Commission (Brandy.Grant@seattle.gov).
