REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES

 21-007 : TRANSIT PLUS MULTIMODAL PROGRAM OUTREACH – FEDERAL

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for the following services:

Support the SDOT Outreach Lead during planning, design, and construction with deliverables such as: online and in person engagement methods, stakeholder notifications, listserv updates, project team meeting management, community and stakeholder meetings, correspondence management, website management, database management, graphic design support, and reports.

Core Services:

The core functions of this work include project management and communication skills and tools for both internal and external communications.  The work includes:

This contract is estimated to be up to $600,000 with the time of performance expected to be between July 2021 and March 2025.

This project is anticipated to be federally funded in part through a Federal Transportation Administration grant.

An online Pre-submittal meeting is planned. Details will follow in an addendum.

The Request for Qualifications includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as sub-consulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.
