The City of Seattle’s Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting information from the community regarding capacity in the market to develop a turn-key energy recovery solution to recover wasted pressure at SPU’s control (pressure reducing) valve facilities and generate carbon-free electricity.

Interested firms are encouraged to review the RFI at https://seattle.procureware.com/home. Note: that you are required to complete a free registration to view, print or save documents posted on this website.

The deadline for submitting responses to the RFI is 12:00 PM, Thursday, November 4, 2021. Submit your responses electronically to: SPU_SolicitationResponses@seattle.gov.
