REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

CONSULTANT SERVICES

21-020: 2021 SDOT ARTERIAL PAVEMENT CONDITION RATING

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for SDOT 21-020: 2021 SDOT Arterial Pavement Condition Rating.

The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) requires a pavement condition survey of its arterial street network. SDOT uses the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s (MTC) StreetSaver pavement management system to track the condition of Seattle’s streets, to develop maintenance strategies and budget recommendations, and to prioritize paving projects at an approved funding level.  SDOT seeks a Consultant to perform the condition survey work and update the StreetSaver system with the data collected.  The last full arterial condition survey was completed from 2017 to 2018. 

This contract is estimated to be up to $595,000 with the time of performance expected to be between January 2022 and December 2022.

An online Pre-submittal meeting is not planned for this solicitation.

The Request for Qualifications packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as sub-consulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.
