SEATTLE WELL FIELD MODELING AND ANALYSIS SERVICES
SPU RFQ Contract# SU0-22-007-S

The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting qualifications/proposals from qualified consultants to provide expertise in groundwater modeling services and water rights development. The objective of this contract is to support development of the Seattle Well Field. Support will include quantitative groundwater modeling analysis, republishing an existing water right application, presentations to local stakeholders including First Nation Tribes and Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology), and update to a draft Report of Examination (ROE).

The contract is expected to be executed for a period of three (3) years, with the option to extend up to an additional two (2) years.  The total contract amount is estimated to be up to $200,000.
