CONSULTANT SERVICES
PROEJCT: SDOT 22-018 TRANSPORTATION OUTREACH ON-CALL

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for SDOT 22-018 Transportation Outreach On-Call.

The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is seeking outreach and communications services to support identified capital projects that are in planning, design, and construction. These projects include improvements in the right of way such as paving, protected bike lanes, and retaining walls.  This on-call contract could also include other improvements in the right of way that are identified over the next 5 years.  We will use this contract to disseminate critical information about these large-scale projects including purpose, benefits, and opportunities for input.  This additional support is needed to cover peak workload in the remaining years of the Levy to Move Seattle

This will be an on-call contract spanning 5 years and will cover multiple projects each with various schedules. Up to three contracts may be awarded, each for an initial contract amount of $1,000,000. The contract may be increased in varying dollar amounts, up to an additional $1,000,000.

The services will be let via Work Authorizations. The scope, schedule, and budget for these Work Authorizations will vary. There is no minimum guarantee of work under this solicitation.
