On-Call CSO Program Support Services
SPU RFP/Contract# 22-166-S
Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to support the successful management of the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Reduction Program. SPU will spend hundreds of millions of dollars over the next decade to comply with the City’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and federal Consent Decree. This contract will provide critical support for this work.
The selected Consultant will receive a three (3) year On-Call Contract with an estimated budget of $10M and the option to extend an additional two (2) years. A specific deliverable schedule is not known at this time. Work assignments will be developed iteratively over the course of the contract with varying dates for milestones and deliverables depending on the scope. SPU does not guarantee any minimum quantity of Work under this contract.
