Scope of Work: The Seattle Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct an assessment of the existing Emergency Operations Center (EOC) audio-visual and information technology integrated system. The outcome will be a documented report providing recommendations that will serve as a blueprint toward replacement of audio-visual and related information technology equipment necessary to run the City of Seattle EOC at peak efficiency. The consultant will complete the work by March 2014. The estimated budget is $25,000.
