FOR
2015 Employee Climate Survey
The City of Seattle, Seattle City Light Department (“SCL”), seeks to engage a consultant to:
Provide consulting services to conduct and administer the SCL 2015 Employee Climate Survey. The 2015 Survey has two main goals. The first part will be to follow-up with the concerns presented in the 2007 Employee Satisfaction Survey. SCL would like to measure the utilities progress on the 2007 Survey issues. Secondly, SCL seeks a Consultant to enhance the 2007 Employee Satisfaction Survey to include an Employee Climate Survey for 2015.
The term of the contract shall extend from the date of execution by the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Seattle City Light, or designee, through July 31, 2016. Seattle City Light has identified a budget for this project and estimates the contract to be $100,000.
SCL may amend the original contract for scope, time, and funding, subject to the continuing appropriation authority by the Seattle City Council.

The City’s proposed schedule is outlined in the RFP.
The contract that is awarded as a result of this RFP will be awarded in a manner that will comply with all applicable laws of the United States, State of Washington, the City Charter, and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
