CITY OF SEATTLE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CONSULTANT CONTRACTING

Project: CONSULTATIVE SERVICES FOR PCI COMPLIANCE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE

The City of Seattle, through the Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), is seeking consultative services for Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance subject matter expertise.

FAS Treasury is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) from consultants and consulting firms to provide advisory services in assisting the City with PCI compliance sustainment. The PCI compliance program aims to develop awareness of the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and establish higher levels of operational excellence at the City. The City engages with a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) annually to determine compliance with PCI-DSS. A prospective consultant would facilitate the City’s engagement with the QSA and provide expert guidance to the PCI compliance program.

Interested qualified consultants can acquire the Request for Proposals packet at:

The Request for Proposals packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements, Pre-Submittal Conference date and time, page requirements, etc.
