CONSULTANT SERVICES
17-100 topographic Survey Services – On-Call
The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for SDOT contract: 17-100 topographic Survey Services – On-Call.
Scope of WorK:
Typical Right-Of-Way Survey Elements
- Signs and all pavement markings
- All traffic signal equipment including: handholes, signals cabinets, signal poles, span wires, pedestrian pushbuttons, vehicular signal heads, and pedestrian signal heads
Typical Private Property/Beyond Right of Way Elements:
- Building faces
- Garage entrances
- Door thresholds
- Retaining walls
- Trees
Typical Land Survey Mapping
- Base map drawings (AutoCAD Civil3D 2017 or later), encompassing the Survey Limits, containing all existing surveyed features.
