Pre-Filing Diversion Partner
Proposals Due: September 23, 2020

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Seattle by way of the Seattle City Attorney’s Office is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to establish a pilot pre-filing (pre-charge) diversion opportunity for young adults accused of committing misdemeanor domestic (family/intimate partner) violence crimes.

Two optional pre-submittal conferences will be held via Webex on Tuesday, September 1 at 10 am and Wednesday, September 9 at 3pm. Contact Jenna Robert, jenna.robert@seattle.gov, for the RFP materials and/or Webex meeting invitation.

All submittals are due by September 23, 2020 at 5pm. Consultant selection is subject to applicable laws and ordinances regarding equal employment opportunity.
