WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR SEATTLE CITY LIGHT FOR 2013
The City of Seattle, Seattle City Light Department (“SCL”), seeks to engage a consultant to provide consulting services for the 2013 employee wellness campaign for the employees of SCL.
SCL is seeking qualified firms to provide the following:
Submit a proposal for the SCL Wellness Program for 2013 which shall provide SCL with an Employee Wellness Campaign. The Wellness Program shall include the following elements: evidence based behavior change program, evaluation and tracking reports, culture – change plan, health risk assessments, and other health related activities as needed.
The term of the contract shall extend from the date of execution by the Superintendent of Seattle City Light, or designee, through March 2014. City Light has identified a budget for this program not to exceed $100,000.
SCL, may at its option amend the original contract for scope, time, and funding, subject to the continuing appropriation authority by the Seattle City Council.

The contract that is awarded as a result of this RFP will be awarded in a manner that will comply with all applicable laws of the United States, State of Washington, the City Charter, and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
