Title:  Seattle Stadium District Study

 Scope of Work:  City of Seattle Department of Planning and Development is seeking qualifications from consultants or consultant teams in the areas of urban design, land use and development feasibility analysis to assist with a stadium district study.  The work will consider ways to create a stronger, more vibrant and user friendly stadium district, while recognizing the importance of preserving industry in the Duwamish manufacturing industrial center.  Potential outcomes include changes to the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Use Code, as well as adoption of streetscape plans to guide public realm improvements.

Project Budget:  $140,000
