REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CONSULTANT SERVICES

 

PROJECT: 13-01 Road Safety On-Call Marketing & Communications
Services

The City of Seattle, through the Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Proposals from qualified firms for Road Safety On-Call Marketing and Communications Services.

 

The initial contract is estimated to be $200,000 with the time of performance to be between April 2013 to April 2014, with possible contract extension for up to three years (and up to $300,000) depending on performance.  This contract will have Federal funds and federal terms and conditions will apply.

 

Interested qualified consultants who wish to review the Request for Proposals (RFP) packet must go to the following URL:  https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle, or TTY 800-833-6388.  NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

 

The RFP packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

 

To be considered, proposals must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Ryan Hawkes, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3900, PO Box 34996, Seattle, WA 98124-4996 by 4:00pm, March 14, 2013.

 

Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via eBid Exchange.  Response to questions will be provided via eBid addendums.
