Project Description: 

The Puget Sound Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program has developed a Disaster Coordination Plan, Annexes and Toolkits to support catastrophic disaster preparedness, response and recovery. Annexes and Toolkits address transportation recovery; resource management and logistics; structural collapse and rescue;  pre-hospital medical care;  nursing home medical evacuation; victim identification and family assistance services; evacuation and sheltering,  and volunteer and donations management.

 
The Consultant will develop User Guides to acquaint Emergency Management personnel to tools in these RCPGP plans, such as checklists, templates and flow charts, that may be useful when managing response to and recovery from a catastrophic (or lesser magnitude) incident.
