REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES

 

PROJECT: 13-49 Fauntleroy Way SW Green Boulevard Design Services

(Re-Advertisement)

 

The City of Seattle, through the Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for the Fauntleroy Way SW Green Boulevard Design Services Project.

 

This is a re-advertisement of the solicitation advertised on June 20, 2013 to include changes to the scope.

 

The project will be completed in phases.  The contract is estimated to be $250,000-$350,000 for Phase 1 initial design services to 60% with a completion by May 2014.  Phase 2 is for final design and costs are anticipated between $600,000 to $900,000 to be completed by January 2015.  Phase 3 design support during construction is anticipated to be $100,000 with a completion date of March 2016.  Depending on funding, conditions with funding sources and performance, the Consultant selected may continue on for Phases 2 and 3 to provide services through final design and construction support.

 

Interested qualified consultants who wish to review the Request for Qualification (RFQ) packet must go to the following URL:  https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle, or TTY 800-833-6388.  NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

 

The RFQ packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

 

To be considered, proposals must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Nina Rohlich, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3900, PO Box 34996, Seattle, WA 98124-4996 by 4:00pm, December 3, 2013.

 

Any questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted via eBid Exchange.  Response to questions will be provided via eBid addendums.
