PROJECT: 13-88 2014 Annual Parking Study
The City of Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants to conduct an annual on-street parking study in all Seattle neighborhood business districts with paid parking, and select other neighborhoods, to document current on-street parking conditions.
This contract is intended as a one-year agreement that will conclude December 31, 2014. The City has approximately $225,000 budgeted for the 2014 survey. Depending on consultant performance and results in 2014, SDOT reserves the right to amend the contract for an additional year of data collection under similar parameters to cover calendar year 2015. The approximate budget for the work in 2015 will also be $225,000.

The RFP packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.
To be considered, proposals must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Sonia Palma, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3900, PO Box 34996, Seattle, WA 98124-4996 by 4:00pm, December 11, 2013.
Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via eBid Exchange. Response to questions will be provided via eBid addendums.
