3rd Avenue West Tunnel Water Main Replacement (14-099-S)

Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting that interested proposers submit a Statement of Qualifications and Project Approach (Proposal) which demonstrates project-related experience and expertise as a Design Services Consultant for the 3rd Avenue West Water Main Replacement Project.  The purpose of the project is to replace an existing 24-inch water main in the City of Seattle’s 3rd Avenue West Utility Tunnel.   The scope of work is to hire a consultant to prepare the design and perform construction engineering for the replacement of the existing 24-inch water main within the 3rd Avenue West Utility Tunnel.  The RFQPA can be found at https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle

PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE:  Wednesday, July 23, 2014, from 9:00-11:00 AM in the Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 Fifth Ave, Room 4080.  Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Those firms and individuals planning to attend should RSVP to Project Manager Paj Hwang, through either https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle or Paj.Hwang@Seattle.Gov. In your RSVP, please identify if your firm is potentially either a Prime consultant or a Sub-consultant.
