Projects with No Federal Funds
The City of Seattle, through its Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), requests statement of qualifications (SOQs) from engineering consulting firms for 14-102 Construction Management Services – Projects with no Federal Funds
This Solicitation contract is for projects that have NO Federal funds. SDOT Basic Contract clauses will apply.
Three Contracts will be awarded from this solicitation. Contract amount for each of the three contracts will $3 Million, and the Time of Performance is expected to be January 2015 to January 2018.

The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as insurance, selection process, schedule, Inclusion Plan, etc.
SOQ’s must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Dominic Kirangi, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., November 4, 2014.
Any questions regarding this Request for SOQ’s may be submitted via eBid eXchange. Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum.
The City of Seattle in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
