16-092: SDOT Federal Multi-Modal Engineering Contract
The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms for 16-092: SDOT Federal Multi-Modal Engineering Contract
SDOT is expanding its multi-modal transportation network through implementation of projects identified through our Transit Master Plan (TMP), Pedestrian Master Plan (PMP), Bicycle Master Plan (BMP), Neighborhood Street Fund Program (NSF), Safe Routes to School Program (SRTS), and Vision Zero Program.
The goal of this consultant solicitation to identify and retain a highly capable consulting team with exceptional skills, experience, availability and the flexibility to support Project Definition, PS&E delivery, and construction phase for the projects identified in the noted programs within potential tight schedule constraints or aggressive delivery timeframes.

The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as subconsulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.
