The City of Seattle departments of Seattle Information Technology (Seattle IT), Seattle City Light (SCL) and Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) implemented Oracle’s Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Smart Grid Gateway (SGG), and Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA), Oracle Utilities Customer Self Service (OUCSS) which is collectively referred to hereafter as the Customer Information Systems (CIS) Solution.
This Request for Proposal seeks vendors to help Seattle IT, SCL and SPU support applications until the City is fully staffed to manage these applications. The support requirements fall within 4 support models: Full time (on-site), Full time (remote), On-Call, and Ad Hoc. Vendors responding to this RFP may provide a proposal to support all or some of these CIS applications and can choose one or more of the support models. The City expects to award multiple Agreements as a result of this RFP.
