NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for
Modeling and Analysis Support On-Call Services (17-071-S)

The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting qualifications from qualified consultants for Modeling and Analysis Services, System Modeling and Analysis, Preliminary Engineering Design Modeling, Statistical Analysis of Precipitation Data, System Model Optimization and Field Reconnaissance for the Modeling and Analysis Support On-Call Services Contract. The contract is in the Drainage and Wastewater line of business.  The estimated value of the contract is to be in the range of $4 Million to $5.3 Million.

SPU PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE: Friday, September 22, 2017, from 9:30 – 11:00 AM in the Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 Fifth Ave, Room 4901.  Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Those firms and individuals planning to attend should RSVP via E-Bid at https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle. In your RSVP, please identify if your firm is potentially either a Prime consultant or a Sub-consultant.
