The City of Seattle (City) departments of Seattle Information Technology (Seattle IT) and Seattle Police Department (SPD) are in the process of implementing a new Records Management System (RMS) that provides the capability of writing police reports, managing cases, and evidence/property control. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified Consultants to provide Project Quality Management consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
