The Seattle City Attorney’s Office is requesting proposals from attorneys and law firms interested in providing legal services relating to the City’s relicensing of the Skagit River Hydroelectric Project (FERC No. 553). The City Attorney’s Office intends to enter into agreements with one or more firms to provide legal representation to the City and its department of Seattle City Light. The selection of any law firm will be subject to applicable laws and ordinances regarding equal employment opportunity.
