The City of Seattle Information Technology Department (“City”) invites interested IT Service Management (ITSM) System Integrators (SIs) to submit proposals for an Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) – Software as a Service (SaaS) Implementation Project which includes the configuration, interface development and deployment of a remotely hosted City acquired OFSC SaaS tool (collectively, the “Solution”).

The City intends to award to the highest ranked SI that will assume overall financial and legal responsibility for the project contract. Proposals that include multiple vendors must clearly designate  a single vendor as the “prime contractor” and all others as subcontractors.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified SI firms to serve as the primary responsible party to provide system implementation and configuration of the hosted OFSC Software tool.

The City seeks an experienced SI who can provide an effective and carefully structured project to implement the OFSC SaaS tool.  In this context, implementation refers to all efforts required to provide a complete and functioning system as well as preparing the City to use the new software effectively.  This includes the full range of project management activities including project planning and management, scheduling and conducting configuration and requirements workshops; leading detailed process and workflow design; system interface development; software integration, testing, training, conversion assistance, end user and technical documentation, change management, knowledge transfer and post-implementation support.
