Resident Engineer, Inspection, Office Engineering/Document Control

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statement of qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for SDOT Agreement 18-024: Northgate Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge, Construction Management Services.

Scope of Work:

Construction Management services, consisting of inspection and documentation control team led by a Resident Engineer that has a strong record and experience in Construction Management of public works.

Services include all phases of construction, from pre-construction, through the construction phase and post construction, including close-out.

Interested qualified consultants may download the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from: https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle.

NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The RFQ includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as sub-consulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

Proposals must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Dominic Kirangi, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., October 4, 2018.

Any questions regarding this Request for SOQ’s may be submitted via eBid eXchange. Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum.
