REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
CONSULTANT SERVICES 

18-095: Bicycle and Multi-Modal Design Services On-Call Contracts. 

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for the above referenced on-Call contracts.

Up to three contracts may be awarded, each for $1 million, with a duration of one year, with the option to extend for two additional years.

The contracts will be performed in a series of Work Authorizations. The scope, schedule, and budget for these Work Authorizations will vary. There is no minimum guarantee of work under this solicitation.

Detailed scope of work, including the core services, is provided in the Request for Qualifications. 

A core function is any element of a particular scope of work which SDOT is certain will be performed and completed through all phases of this Contract.  Consultants shall focus on the core functions when developing meaningful and realistic integration of WMBE roles in proposed Inclusion Plans.

NOTE: YOU MUST FORMALLY REGISTER AT EBID IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE ADDENDUMS.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as sub-consulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

SOQ’s must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Dominic Kirangi, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., March 4, 2019. 

Any questions regarding this Request for SOQ’s may be submitted via eBid eXchange. Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum.
