Project:  SDOT 19-060 Ballard Interbay Regional Transportation System Project

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests proposals from qualified firms for SDOT 19-060 Ballard Interbay Regional Transportation System Project.  SDOT is seeking consultant services to develop a report on how to improve mobility for freight and people in the Ballard- Interbay area. The report must provide recommendations on how to maintain the current and future capacities of the Ballard and Magnolia bridges and include agency partners in the planning process. The scope of work for this project aligns with the 2019 Washington state legislation ESHB 1160 – Section 311(18)(b). A report to the state legislature is due by November 1, 2020.

This consultant contract is estimated be up to $500,000.
