Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) for

On-Call South Fork Tolt River Project Independent Consultant Inspection Services
SPU RFQ/P/Contract# 21-174-S

The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting qualifications/proposals from qualified consultants to provide expertise in the inspection of the South Fork Tolt River Project for Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) and Seattle City Light (SCL) in general accordance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Part 12D process.

SPU will execute an On-Call consulting services contract for an estimated fee of $200,000.  This contract will be executed for a period of two (2) years, with the option to extend up to an additional three (3) years, for a total of five (5) years.

Services shall be ordered on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the agreement through the execution of individual Work Assignments.  A specific deliverable schedule is not known at this time.  Work assignments will be developed iteratively over the course of the contract with varying dates for milestones and deliverables depending on the scope. SPU does not guarantee any minimum quantity of Work under these contracts.
