PROJECT LOCATION:  1426 Alaskan Way Seattle. 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development Division (CD) seeks consultants to provide architectural/engineering services for the Bakun Building Improvements located at 1426 Alaskan Way Seattle. The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development division (CD) is responsible for conducting public works projects and associated planning and studies for government and other owned and managed facilities of the City of Seattle.  

Upon contract execution, the team will build on existing facility assessments and studies to create a comprehensive design that satisfies the intended use.
