On-Call Clarity Portfolio & PM Ongoing Support
SPU RFP/Contract# 22-241-S
The City of Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting qualifications/proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-going support services for Broadcom’s Clarity PPM application. Ongoing support for the project portfolio management system is imperative for accurate review and management of SPU capital improvement projects. The previous on-premise instance of Clarity PPM has been updated to a SaaS model and in doing so has allowed for more features to be available for use. SPU is currently configuring and developing use of the new features however once development and deployment are completed there is the need for maintenance and technical support that is beyond the capabilities of SPU staff and beyond our basic Clarity PPM support provided with our SaaS instance.
Contract services will be ordered on an as needed basis, through the execution of individual Work Assignments. The contract value is $250,000 and will be executed for a period of two (2) years, with the option to extend an additional three (3) years. SPU does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work under this contract.
Interested consultants are encouraged to review the RFP, background documents, and any RFP addenda online at https://seattle.procureware.com/home. You must log in to register for Bid Events and to view Bid Question and Response information
