23-015 – Seattle Transportation Plan-Funding Strategic Communications Outreach
The City of Seattle, through its Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), requests Statements of Proposals from qualified firms for: The Seattle Transportation Plan – Funding (STP-F) Phase is a project of the City of Seattle’s Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT). The purpose of the STP-F Plan is to develop a forward-looking, multi-resource communications and outreach plan to identify and implement new resources to deliver community priorities as identified through the Seattle Transportation Plan. The STP-F will place SDOT on a firm financial footing, guided by SDOT’s and the City’s values. It is anticipated that the STP-F will include proposals to replace the current Levy to Move Seattle, which expires at the end of 2024.
This contract is estimated to be up to $650,000 with the time of performance expected to commence in late Q2 2023 and continue through Q2 2024.

The Request for Proposal packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as sub-consulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.
