CONSULTANT SERVICES
22-064QP – Federal Construction Management Services Project Packages
The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Management (CM) Services Support for an assortment of capital projects with FHWA funds. The support services may include work performed during pre-construction, construction, and post construction phases. The skilled services sought include Resident Engineering, General Inspectors and Specialty Inspectors (primarily Archaeological), Office Engineers with administrative support and document control, and Public Outreach support. These staff will support SDOT’s in-house CM staff, which is led by the SDOT Construction Engineer.
The approximate individual project budgets for the ten (10) listed projects range from $250,000 to $1,500,000. The time of performance is expected to be 4 years, starting in September 2023 and ending in August 2027. This project is anticipated to be federally funded in part through FHWA.
