Request for Proposal (RFP)
To support neighborhoods downtown and throughout Seattle in their work building equitable, thriving, commercial corridors, the City of Seattle is seeking consultants to conduct Retail and Ground Floor Revitalization Analyses. Total cost for all studies is estimated not to exceed $500,000.
