REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Mechanical Controls Design Services

RFQ# CDCM 2013-06

The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management (CDCM) division seeks consultant mechanical engineers  to provide professional services on an on-call, as needed basis over the course of the next five years 2014 through 2018 primarily to provide services evaluating and designing mechanical control systems for various City of Seattle buildings. The City anticipates executing up to two contracts as a result of this process. The maximum amount for each contract for the five-year period shall not exceed $500,000.  There is no guarantee the full value of the contract(s) will be expended over the five year period.

Consultant selection for this RFQ is subject to all applicable laws, ordinances and WMBE requirements.
