Cable Franchise Renewal – Community Needs Assessment

RESPONSE DUE DATE: Monday, June 10, 2013 5:00 p.m.

The City of Seattle through its Department of Information Technology is commencing cable franchise renewal procedures for the Comcast Cable System pursuant to 47 U.S. C. 546. The City seeks proposals from qualified consultants to provide services for a Community Needs Assessment. The services will include assisting the City in the areas of survey development, public outreach, focus group facilitation and preparation of a draft final report. A qualified consultant has a minimum of five years’ experience in community needs assessment related to the cable/telecommunications industry.
