The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms for SDOT 14-082 Ballard Multimodal Plan & HCT Station Area Assessment.
This contract is estimated to be up to $100,000 with the time of performance expected to start in early fall 2014 and to take approximately 6-12 months.
SDOT has identified two primary outcomes for this project. The primary outcome is a small area multimodal plan in support of the Ballard Urban Design Framework and future high capacity transit. This includes an operational analysis for all modes, with a specific emphasis considering policy direction from adopted modal plans and major truck streets.
