 Project: SDOT 14-082 BALLARD MULTIMODAL PLAN & HCT STATION AREA ASSESSMENT

The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms for SDOT 14-082 Ballard Multimodal Plan & HCT Station Area Assessment.

 

This contract is estimated to be up to $100,000 with the time of performance expected to start in early fall 2014 and to take approximately 6-12 months.

 

SDOT has identified two primary outcomes for this project. The primary outcome is a small area multimodal plan in support of the Ballard Urban Design Framework and future high capacity transit. This includes an operational analysis for all modes, with a specific emphasis considering policy direction from adopted modal plans and major truck streets. The second objective is to evaluate and assess the four potential HCT station areas.Interested qualified consultants request the Request for Qualifications packet at the following address: https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle.

The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as subconsulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

 

SOQ’s must be received by the Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Sonia Palma, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3800, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., September 23, 2014.

 

Any questions regarding this Request for SOQ’s may be submitted via eBid eXchange. Response to questions will be provided via eBid Addendum.
