Title:      Transportation and Park Impact Fee Proposal Development

Scope of Work:   To provide technical support and assist the City in development of an adoption-ready proposal for Impact Fees to be used for transportation and park system improvements, including development of a citywide travel demand model, parks level-of-service standards, geographic service areas, impact-fee-eligible project lists, fee schedules, planning-level revenue estimates, implementation process guidance, and various presentation materials

Project Budget:  up to $290,000 has been currently allocated; however, additional funds may be available\
