REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

Consultant services for

Seattle Center On-Call Electrical Engineering Services

The City of Seattle, Seattle Center (a department of the City of Seattle) Redevelopment Office (Center) is soliciting qualifications from qualified electrical engineering firms to assist the Center with a full range of electrical engineering services; including preliminary studies, drawings, specifications, construction estimates, permit assistance, construction administration, and other professional electrical engineering services for maintenance and capital improvement projects throughout the campus. The initial contract will be for one year with the option to renew for up to four more years.

To be considered Submittal of Qualifications must be received by Monday, November 28, 2016, 4:00 p.m.

There will be an optional pre-submittal Conference Wednesday, November 16, 2016, 9:00 a.m. in the Seattle Center Armory (formerly known as the Center House) Room 109 Conference Room.
