With this solicitation, Seattle Information Technology and Seattle City Light seeks proposals from experienced consultants to upgrade Seattle City Light’s Outage Management System (OMS).
This includes upgrading the existing technical capability, and implement additional functionality including but not limited to switch planning and switch history, mobile application, customer notifications, improved storm response and damage assessment and customer restoration times and improved reporting.
