The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management Division (CDCM) seeks an architect or engineering team to provide professional services to
develop bridging documents for the Seattle Municipal Tower Elevator Modernization Program. The intent of the bridging document consultant is to develop project definition, technical requirements, cost estimate, schedule, and assistance with the development of selection criterion of Design/Build technical qualifications to evaluate the Best Value for determination of contract award.

New consultants to the system must complete a brief, free online registration on the eBid site prior to viewing, printing and saving the RFQ to their own equipment.

Consultant selection for this RFQ is subject to all applicable laws and ordinances. The participation of women and minority-owned firms is a cultural value of the City of Seattle and is strongly encouraged.
