NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS

Request for Information (RFI) for

Seattle Public Utilities IT Strategic Planning Initiative

SPU RFI# 21-237-I

Consultant responses to this RFI will be used by Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) to inform the final creation of a Statement of Work and RFP to engage a consultant to partner with SPU’s executives and managers to develop SPU Strategic Technology Plan (SSTP) and Roadmaps. SPU is using the RFI process to gather information needed to ensure the RFP is in alignment with industry standards and is reasonable given the market.

The Plan that will result from the RFP will outline key technology strategies and goals that align with SPU’s 2022-2026 Strategic Business Plan (SBP), LOB and branch level business plans and operational objectives.

Interested firms are encouraged to review the RFI at https://seattle.procureware.com/home. Note: that you are required to complete a free registration to view, print or save documents posted on this website.

The deadline for submitting responses to the RFI is 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 20, 2022. Submit your responses electronically to: SPU_SolicitationResponses@seattle.gov.
