Phased Pipers Creek NDS Project
SPU RFP/Contract# 23-048-S

Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to support the delivery of the Pipers Creek Natural Drainage Systems (NDS) project. SPU plans to execute a single 3-year phased consulting services contract with an option to extend an additional 3 years with an estimated budget of $3-6M. This contract will include the following professional services: civil engineering, landscape architectural and urban design, geotechnical engineering and hydrogeology services, cost estimating, permitting support, project management, and community outreach and engagement support. Specifically excluded from the contract are professional land surveying services, which are performed by SPU.
