Title:  CLOSED-Community Power Works Small Business Preferred Contractor Pool RFQ-OSE-2011-07-11  Ebid number is OSE 2011-07-11 RFQ

Project Description:  To help implement CPW Small Business, the City is establishing a Preferred Contractor Pool to provide energy upgrades to 120 restaurants, small grocers, and cold storage facilities that achieve a 15% or greater total energy savings at each business. OSE and its selection committee intends to select three-five contractors or contracting teams with a demonstrated ability to meet the qualifications described in Section 2. Specific terms and conditions associated the Preferred Contractor Pool will be finalized in an Operating Agreement with selected contractors.
