Project Description:

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT ON-CALL SERVICES

 The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for Environmental Assessment On-Call Services.

Through this process the City intends to select two consultants to provide Environmental Assessment On-call Services. There will be two contracts; one contract will be used for Federal Funds and the other contract will be used for non-Federal funds. These contracts are each estimated to be $45,000 to $75,000 per year with the option to renew the contract each year for a period of three years.

The Request for SOQ’s packet includes a more detailed Scope of Work, administrative requirements such as subconsulting, insurance, selection process, schedule, etc.

SOQ’s must be received by the

 Seattle Department of Transportation, Attention: Beth Lofton, 700 Fifth Avenue, Suite 3900, P. O. Box 34996, Seattle, Washington 98124-4996 by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, December 20, 2012.

Engineer’s Estimate: $45,000 – $75,000
