The City of Seattle Department of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS), Capital Development & Construction Management (CDCM) division seeks proposals from companies that specialize in providing comprehensive and efficient online electronic solutions for managing project documentation. Companies that specialize in design and construction management software and document solutions are encouraged to apply. The City anticipates executing one contract as a result of this solicitation.
