The City of Seattle’s Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting initial vendor review and input on a potential Request for Proposals (RFP) for future Organics Processing Services.

Interested vendors are encouraged to review the RFI, the draft RFP, and related documents, at https://www.ebidexchange.com/seattle. Note that you are required to complete a free registration to view, print or save documents.

The deadline for submitting responses to the RFI is 3:00 PM, Wednesday, November 7, 2018 Submit your responses electronically to: Lisa.Hill@Seattle.gov

This RFI is intended solely to solicit industry feedback the Utility may consider to inform the final 2018 Request for Proposals (RFP) for a contract in 2020 and is neither a form of solicitation nor an obligation to contract.
